At Tulip Color Crafts, we want you to be fully inspired by your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all craft kits and supplies remain in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original product packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the printed return authorization inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned craft supplies, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
